We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our dynamic team in Knoxville, TN. This role involves designing electrical systems that encompass power and lighting, fire protection and life safety, process and equipment controls, emergency power, and UPS. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement electrical systems, including medium and low voltage power systems.
- Create one-line drawings for power distribution.
- Develop indoor and outdoor lighting designs.
- Design grounding systems and fire alarm systems.
Required Expertise:
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with a project engineering design team.
- Familiarity with NEC and relevant standards.
- Experience managing electrical design staff.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
Technical Skills:
- Conduct power system distribution analysis, load flow studies, and power factor studies and correction.
- Ensure compliance with Arc Flash standards, particularly NAPA 70E.
- Design generator emergency power systems and uninterruptible power systems.
- Create detailed specifications for projects.
