We're Hiring

Seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design efforts for commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects located throughout California and Illinois. This individual will be responsible for power distribution, lighting, controls, and electrical system design while serving as a technical resource throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design electrical power distribution systems, lighting systems, and controls
  • Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Support permitting and regulatory compliance efforts
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, and construction documentation
  • Conduct site investigations and field assessments
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • California and/or Illinois PE license preferred
  • 5+ years of electrical design experience
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or utility projects preferred
  • Knowledge of NEC and applicable electrical codes
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
