We empower employees to bring their authentic selves, drive innovation, and shape the future of power.Watch our story at the power design team through schematic development and contract document phases.Establish meetings and participate in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance.Coordinate workload to complete deliverables on schedule.Conduct work sessions at the project site with the Project Manager and other disciplines.Review project documents for conflicts with other disciplines.Write and edit project specifications.Assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, COs, and incorporate agreed‑upon changes into project documents.Provide construction contract administration as needed.Conduct QA/QC on work of other Engineers, Project Coordinators, Designers, or BIM Technicians.Perform other duties as required.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering.6+ years of detailed electrical design experience.Experience with an engineering consulting firm; hydropower generation experience highly preferred.Experience with data analysis software related to electrical engineering.Familiarity with software packages such as SKM Power Tools for Windows, EasyPower, Matlab, and Visual Basic.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering.Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.Previous experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector.Computer skills in Microsoft Office and standard Power Market Sector design software (e.g., PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, Revit).Commitment to active participation in an employee‑owned culture.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee ownership, health, performance, and success.
