This exciting opportunity is for an Electrical Engineer (PE) who is ready to step into a leadership role and contribute to impactful facility and infrastructure projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer PE position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid PE license (WA preferred, open to reciprocity).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for commercial or government infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in power system load analysis, single-line diagrams, and electrical renovation projects.
- Leadership skills to mentor and support a team of EITs (unlicensed electrical engineers).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit and SKM Power Tools experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with occasional site visits.
- US Citizenship required due to federal contract work (70% federal projects).
- Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage projects (75% design, 25% PM).
Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 4.5% match, up to 20 days PTO, 9 paid holidays depending on experience, and end-of-year discretionary profit sharing bonus.
