Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical design and inspection (lighting/power/systems/controls)Coordinate workload to complete on schedule and on budgetReview electrical documentsWrite/edit electrical specifications and select equipment, electrical systems and devicesProvide construction support as neededConduct QA/QC on the work of other Electrical Engineers, Electrical Coordinators or TechniciansPerform other duties as neededWork will include a mixture of office and field work and may require travelPreferred QualificationsA minimum of 3 years experience in electrical design (lighting/power/systems/controls)Previous experience with an engineering consulting firm desiredPreference given to local candidatesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-EAC Accredited Degree)Previous experience in electrical design (lighting/power/systems/controls)Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) licenseStrong computer skills using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Microsoft Office, and electrical design softwareAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a mustCommitment to InclusionHDR is our company.
