A growing MEP/FP consulting engineering firm based in Miami, Florida is actively hiring for full-time, on-site role. The firm has a tight-knit team of 17 employees and is known for delivering high-quality engineering design services on some of the region's most iconic high-rise and commercial projects.

Senior Electrical Engineer
Compensation: $95K–$130K (negotiable for top candidates)

What We Are Looking For:
An experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and design electrical systems for large-scale MEP/FP projects, including some of Miami’s most iconic buildings. The ideal candidate is technically sound, detail-oriented, and experienced in client-facing leadership roles.

Responsibilities:
• Designing electrical systems for MEP/FP projects
• Preparing detailed electrical layouts and power distribution analysis
• Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project cohesion
• Ensuring code and safety compliance
• Managing timelines and overseeing design implementation

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering
• Strong knowledge of power systems and distribution
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• PE license preferred
• MEP/FP design experience is a plus
