Electrical Engineer
Location: Irvine, CA & Marlborough, MA (Onsite)
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant Electrical Engineering experience
Implantable medical device experience is required
Medical device industry experience is a strong plus
Must be able to independently handle interview calls
Recent client references are required
Key Responsibilities:
Identify gaps in compliance with Work Instructions and SOPs and define closure strategies
Contribute to project goals, track progress, and recommend improvements
Communicate technical progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership
Execute complex assignments involving new or improved engineering techniques
Support electrical design remediation and product design refinement
Prepare specifications, validate test methods, and generate reports
Evaluate feasibility of engineering processes, products, and equipment
Participate in design hazard analysis and FMEA activities
Ensure compliance with design control and risk management procedures
Create clear engineering documentation for knowledge transfer
Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on specifications, testing, and quality standards
