Join a dynamic engineering consulting firm as a highly skilled professional within the Manufacturing Project Group. In this onsite role, you will drive the electrical engineering process from initial concept phases through to project completion for industrial and manufacturing facility projects. The successful candidate will leverage their technical design prowess and project leadership talents to collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and interdisciplinary engineering teams. Your efforts will also aid in proposal development and client interaction to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage efficient power distribution systems tailored for varied industrial settings.
- Design essential systems including motor feeders, starters, building power systems, and advanced lighting setups.
- Create comprehensive solutions for specialty electrical systems like emergency power, generator, UPS, and protection mechanisms.
- Generate detailed calculations, specifications, reports, and necessary construction documentation.
- Conduct thorough analyses for voltage drop, short-circuiting, and arc flash scenarios.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary project activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project-specific requirements.
- Build robust client relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and project outcomes.
- Participate actively in crafting project proposals and pursuing business opportunities.
- Offer technical guidance, enhancing overall project planning and execution.
- Work hand-in-hand with project managers and team members to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of eight years' relevant experience.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or demonstrated pursuit of licensure.
- Proven track record in electrical systems design for industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Extensive understanding of electrical design across various industrial contexts.
- Familiarity with manufacturing infrastructure design and compliance with pertinent codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, NESC, and ANSI/IEEE.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
- Must have the legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.
