You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to bring innovative products from concept through production while ensuring robust, manufacturable, and high-performing solutions.Key responsibilities include:Design and develop electronic products, systems, and processesSupport product launches, production activities, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure manufacturability and optimization of product designs through design reviews, manufacturability reviews, and lessons learned/post-mortem analysisAnalyze and support the full electrical engineering lifecycle, including:Requirements developmentHigh- and low-level designHardware testingIntegration and validation testingDocumentation and traceabilityProvide electrical design, implementation, debugging, documentation, and manufacturing supportApply current engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices to new and existing productsParticipate in electrical design reviews and communicate project progress to stakeholdersDevelop product validation and testing plans to ensure design robustness and reliabilityPartner with laboratory technicians and cross-functional teams during testing and validation activitiesWhat you\'ll bringQualified candidates will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related disciplineA minimum of 1 year of electrical engineering experience, preferably in the automotive industryThe willingness to work as part of a team and provide top-notch support to both internal and external customersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWhat you\'ll get At GHSP, great people and strong teams drive exceptional outcomes.
