Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline (Required)

 

Required Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in  electronic component design
  • 5-7 years of experience in  electronic component validation
  • 5-7 years of experience in  electronic component failure analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing engineering projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with firmware for electronic components
  • Knowledge of quality and reliability engineering practices

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for electronic component new product introduction (NPI), production applications, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of electronic component validation activities.
  • Manage electronic component certification and compliance activities.
  • Develop and execute validation plans for assigned projects.
  • Configure electronic devices with software/firmware and perform hands-on validation testing.
  • Conduct failure analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development and production.
