Job Summary: The Electrical Engineer/Designer serves to design electrical systems for buildings such as high-rise buildings, data center, multifamily, retail/mixed-use spaces, and commercial spaces.

demonstrated project coordination and facilitation experience
solid understanding of power distribution, emergency power systems, grounding, and lighting design
experience with breaker coordination, arc flash studies, and voltage drop calculations
familiar with electrical codes (NEC), energy efficiency standards (IECC), and industry best practices
have experience with high-rise electrical systems, hospitality power infrastructure, and renewable energy integration
Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for design and specifications
Proficiency in Revit
Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors
Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
Location: Tyson, VA (hybrid preferred), remote considered
Travel: minimal
