This role supports project execution, documentation, regulatory compliance, and platform development under general supervision. The position partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, cost‑effective system solutions that meet customer requirements.What You'll DoPerform electrical design for standard and custom control panels, including product extensions and standardization initiativesAuthor and validate P&IDs, electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, test documentation, manuals, and manufacturing documentationInterpret customer specifications and develop compliant electrical system solutionsSpecify electrical components and instrumentation in alignment with customer requirements, applicable codes, and cost targetsEnsure designs comply with applicable standards and regulations (UL508A, NEC, CE, IEC, ATEX, and hazardous area requirements)Generate internal cost estimates for control panel assemblies and design with cost optimization in mindCollaborate with heater designers, product specialists, and account managers to develop optimized system solutionsSupport suppliers and/or internal manufacturing teams by resolving technical issues during build and test phasesWhat You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Engineering3–5 years of industrial electrical design experienceExperience with power and control panel designWorking knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standardsAbility to interpret technical specifications and produce high‑quality engineering documentationProficiency with Solidworks Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent electrical design toolsAdditional Skills That Will Help You SucceedKnowledge of hazardous area requirements and electrical standards related to control panel design and integrationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyFamiliarity with engineering change control processesStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with suppliers, customers, account managers, and internal teamsWhy Join Us#J-18808-Ljbffr
