Description
This role reports directly into the Engineering Manager and is responsible for:
Designing and developing electrical and electronic systems for aerospace and defense platforms
Creating schematics, PCB layouts, and system-level designs
Performing circuit analysis, simulation, and validation testing
Collaborating with systems, software, and mechanical engineering teams
Supporting integration, verification, and qualification testing
Ensuring compliance with military, aerospace, and safety standards
Troubleshooting hardware issues and implementing design improvements
Preparing technical documentation and participating in design reviews
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics
Experience with circuit design, PCB layout, and testing tools
Familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD or DO-160 preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to obtain or hold a security clearance
Strong communication and teamwork skills
