You'll work directly alongside our licensed PEs and leadership team where your contributions are visible, and your growth is a shared priority.What You'll DoProduce electrical designs for complex, multi-discipline projects across federal/military, commercial, civic, education, and industrial sectors — from concept through construction documentsDesign building and site electrical systems including power distribution, photovoltaic, energy storage, and lightingDesign and develop electrical systems using Autodesk Revit and AutoCADPerform load calculations, circuiting, and short-circuit analysis using industry-standard softwarePrepare and review project specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and industry standardsEnsure compliance with California energy codes (Title 24) and other applicable regulationsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated solutionsMaintain open communication with project stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related fieldMinimum of 2 years of electrical engineering experience in the MEP industryProficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCADProficiency in Bluebeam RevuProficiency in ComCheck, EnergyPro, or similar energy code compliance toolsExperience with lighting calculation software such as AGi32 or VisualExperience developing and reviewing project specificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyPreferred / A Plus:Knowledge of or experience with SKM or ETAP (power system analysis, load calculations, short-circuit analysis, arc flash studies)Familiarity with federal and military project requirements including UFCs and UFGSExperience on projects in federal/military, civic, or institutional sectorsCompensationSalary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with the experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capability of each individual applicant.
