Electrical Controls Engineer

In this role, you'll spearhead the design and management of advanced automation systems and equipment. You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining cutting-edge manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include developing innovative robotic automation solutions, such as those used in injection molding and component assembly. You will actively identify technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of industry standards. Additionally, you'll oversee project budgets, timelines, and coordinate various launch phases with internal and external stakeholders. A crucial part of your role will include troubleshooting and optimizing existing machinery, and providing on-site project support when necessary. This involves in-depth work with electrical controls, programming, and system simulations, aimed at seamless equipment functionality. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to address challenges and achieve project objectives.
