Electrical Controls Engineer

Summary We are seeking a full-time Electrical Controls Engineer for a premier systems integrator specializing in custom‑made equipment and conveyor systems for the automotive industry. This role involves the full lifecycle of electrical control systems, from initial design and programming to on‑site commissioning and debugging.System Design & Programming Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Mitsubishi, Keyence, AB), HMI (Proface), machine vision, and robot systems (Kawasaki, Fanuc, Denso).Project Oversight Direct and oversee the electrical fabrication and assembly of projects.Testing & Debugging Responsible for powering on equipment, debugging, and completing in‑house system trials.Customer Collaboration Work with clients to determine the feasibility of new designs versus modifying existing equipment.Installation Oversee equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites.Working Hours & Style Full‑time; on‑site with required travel.Working Location Georgetown, KY (with up to 35% travel).Salary/Benefits Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.Visa support and relocation assistance available.Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.401K with company matching program.Paid Vacation and Sick time.
