Electrical Controls Engineer – commissioning/EPLAN/PLCs

Established engineering firm has an opening for a Senior Controls Engineer. This position will allow you to work on world renowned projects including sports, entertainment, aerospace and amusement parks. Direct hire position with very competitive benefits!

Duties:
* Serve as technical leader
* Mentor team of controls engineers
* PLC/HMI programming
* Implement Ethernet and other industrial LAN networks
* Lead projects from concept to completion
* Interface with customers and provide engineering leadership

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
* 10+ years of experience in controls engineering
* Rockwell (Studio 5000) PLC programming proficiency required
* Experience developing prototype testing, commissioning and debugging
* VFDs, servo drives, and motor controller experience
* Experience with AutoCAD, Visual Basic, and C a plus
* Ability to travel up to 15%

Salary: $125-175K
