Are You Ready to Orchestrate Complex Automation?

Imagine this: A high-throughput facility needs a unit load conveyor and storage system brought from concept to commissioning—on budget, on schedule, and with zero surprises. You partner with the VP Engineering and senior electrical experts, break down the specifications, and craft a controls solution that just works. You rally Sales Engineers, Project Engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring every deliverable is right the first time. Customers stay informed, quality remains uncompromised, and you spot opportunities to streamline and save at every turn.

Your Impact

  • Turn requirements into detailed engineering plans; schedule and coordinate all facets of assigned work.
  • Select the right equipment and vendor partners to satisfy performance, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • Develop complete proposals: technical content, timelines, electrical equipment lists, installation scopes, bases of quote, and end-to-end pricing.
  • Keep project files current and complete from kickoff through turnover.
  • Release all forms and documentation needed for scheduling, electrical and controls equipment, installation, spare parts lists, and maintenance manuals.
  • Contribute to concepting, written communications, total electrical pricing, and precise estimates to complete.
  • Provide engineering and support during proposal development.
  • Implement orders and manage electrical installation subcontractor agreements to completion.
  • Continuously learn material handling and controls technologies to maintain industry leadership.
  • Recommend cost reductions across engineering, equipment, controls, and installation.
  • Help train new team members on procedures, drawing standards, and routine electrical engineering applications.
