Electrical Assembly Technician
Location: Strafford, MO
Pay: $17-$19/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Perform electrical wiring and component installation on shelters and enclosures
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions
- Test finished wiring and troubleshoot as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools to assemble products
- Inspect materials and finished work for quality standards
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Rotate between workstations as needed to support production
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of electrical or manufacturing experience (or related training/certification)
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and shop documentation
- Experience bending conduit preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with precision
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with a professional, dependable attitude
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Active, hands-on role: standing, walking, lifting, and assembling throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Requires use of hands, tools, and equipment regularly
- Must follow all safety procedures, including wearing steel toe boots and safety glasses
