Electrical Helper – Manufacturing & Industrial AssemblyJob Title: Electrical Helper Days & Night Shift Available 10% Additional Pay for Nights PAY:$15.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE) OverviewApache Workforce is seeking motivated Electrical Helpers to support Electrical Assemblers and Electrician Apprentices in the assembly and installation of industrial electrical systems for leading manufacturing partners. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in the electrical trade while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Electrical Helpers assist with preparing materials, installing conduit and wiring, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting production while following all safety standards. What You'll Be DoingElectrical Helpers are responsible for: Assisting Electrical Assemblers and Electrician Apprentices with electrical installation and assembly projects Learning to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics Carrying and organizing electrical materials, tools, and components Cutting, bending, and preparing wire and conduit for installation Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical wiring and components Reporting damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors Maintaining clean and organized work areas while following 5S principles Following OSHA regulations and company safety policies Performing additional production and shop duties as assigned
What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required Strong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade Willingness to learn and develop new skills Ability to work well in a team environment Good verbal and written English communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work safely Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or electrical helper experience Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Familiarity with electrical components or conduit installation Understanding of OSHA safety practices
Work EnvironmentWork is performed in an industrial manufacturing facility and may include: Standing or walking for up to 10 hours per shift Working up to 6 days per week based on production needs Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 50 lbs. Bending, twisting, reaching, climbing ladders, kneeling, crouching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Working in a non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to hot and cold temperatures Frequent use of hand tools and electrical materials Steel-toe boots required Safety glasses and hard hat required Hearing protection recommended
