What You Will Do:
- Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations and repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
- Help troubleshoot and identify electrical issues under supervision.
- Prepare electrical systems by running wires and setting up circuits.
- Manage and organize electrical materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Assist with testing electrical components and systems.
- Learn and apply local and national electrical codes.
- Record and document work completed and materials used.
- Participate in ongoing training and educational programs.
- Support routine maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
What You Need:
- 1-2 years minmum of residential electrical experience (as an apprentice)
- Electrical Apprentice License (Highly preferred)
- Ability to be hard-working with the eagarness and willingness to learn
- A Valid drivers license (21+ for vehicle purposes)
- Ability to pass MVR & background check
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
- Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes
