We are seeking an experienced Electrical and/or I&C / SCADA Engineer (PE) to support the design, coordination, and delivery of municipal and industrial infrastructure projects across Texas. This role blends power systems engineering, controls/SCADA integration, QA/QC leadership, and construction support, offering hands‑on project ownership and technical influence.What You'll Do:Electrical EngineeringLead electrical design for MV/LV power systems, including switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, generators, ATS equipment, grounding, and lighting.Develop and review one‑line diagrams, load flow, voltage drop, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.Prepare equipment schedules, specifications, design narratives, and technical reports.Coordinate electrical scope with I&C/SCADA, mechanical/process, and civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.Apply QA/QC standards and design review processes to minimize rework and field issues.Support construction and commissioning through submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, startup, and functional testing.Develop control philosophies, control narratives, I/O lists, instrument specifications, and P&ID inputs.Define PLC and SCADA architectures, including panel layouts, remote I/O strategies, networking, and communications.Review HMI/SCADA standards, alarm philosophy, trending, and historian integration.Coordinate with IT/OT teams on cybersecurity and network segmentation.Support FAT/SAT activities and field commissioning.What We're Looking ForB.S. in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineTexas PE license (required or strongly preferred depending on project needs)Experience with power distribution systems and industrial controlsFamiliarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networkingProficiency with SKM (or equivalent), Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, and CAD standardsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross‑discipline and client‑facingInterested candidates are encouraged to apply!!#J-18808-Ljbffr
