Position: Election Clerk
Location: Wahiawa, HI
Pay: This position has a fixed pay rate of $18.50/hour
Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience is required.Training on specific tasks will be provided.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:45am to 4:30pm (Start date: July 24th)

Job Description:
- Answer questions related to voting, both in person and over the phone.
- Gather voter registration applications from various public and private agencies.
- Assist with mailing out ballots and handling the return of absentee ballots.
- Handle various data entry duties.
- Assist voters with ballots and voting machines.
- Validate and audit voter applications and replacement ballot requests.
- Assist with the training and recruitment of employees.
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements: - Fluent in Ilocano and Chinese is a plus!
- Ability to type 35 wpm with accuracy and utilize MS Office.
- Comfortable working in warm conditions without air conditioning.
- Strong time management skills.
- Effectively work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
