EL Service Assistant

The position involves maintaining cleanliness of the entire dining room and exterior areas to ensure guest satisfaction.

Reports to the Assistant and General Manager.

• Follows food handling and safety procedures.
• Cleans exterior areas, including windows, doors, parking, and landscaping, keeping them litter-free.
• Cleans interior spaces such as restrooms, walls, floors, and ceiling vents.
• Quickly cleans tables, chairs, and condiment holders after guests leave.
• Handles tray collection, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Removes trash, cleans receptacles, and stocks condiments and utensils.
• Assists guests with spills, extra condiments, and questions, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains the salsa bar and performs periodic table touches.
• Supports training new staff and performs additional duties as assigned.
• 
  Qualifications include mobility, adherence to health regulations, communication skills, ability to work indoors and outdoors, and physical capability to lift and clean.
