The HSE Specialist supports manufacturing, R&D, support, and commercial operations at the St. Louis site, focusing on day-to-day Health, Safety, and Environmental activities.
They will develop and implement parts of the HSE Management System under the guidance of the Sr. HSE Manager and participate in CSR projects.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of experience in HSE or related fields, familiarity with ISO 14001/45001, and knowledge of US regulations like OSHA and EPA.
Primary duties involve ensuring a safe workplace, supporting accident investigations, participating in regional and global initiatives, and deploying HSE procedures.
The role also entails training personnel, tracking progress, and driving continuous improvement in HSE processes within a regulated environment.
