Join our team and help build engineering solutions that change the industry. **Additional Information:** + This position is located in Fort Worth, Texas + Relocation is available for this position + There is no sponsorship available for this position **About the Role:** The **EHS Specialist** serves as an experienced individual contributor on Environmental, Health and/or Safety (EHS) projects and assignments that are complex in nature and that support and enhance for SPM facility performance and compliance. **What Will You Do (may include but not limited to):** + Identifies common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organization's operations and establishes guidelines for protection from those hazards. + Ensures EHS training is completed to comply with regulatory requirements or in support of facility, division, or enterprise objectives. + Audits safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions. + Monitors periodic performance reports for trends and conditions, alerts line management to problems and makes recommendations for improvement **What You Will Have:** + **Collaborating:** Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner to build effective interpersonal relationships + **Risk Management:** Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations. + **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. + **Overcoming Resistance to Change:** Understanding and insight into the futility of refusing to accept the inevitable and ability to overcome resistance and adapt to a complex and changing environment. + **Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance:** Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards. **Summary Pay Range:** $97,530.00 - $146,290.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
