Your Impact

Drive compliance, reduce risk, and champion a proactive safety culture across our industrial operations. You’ll guide our safety systems to meet OSHA and applicable standards while empowering teams to work safely and efficiently.

What you’ll lead

  • Policy & Compliance – Company safety program execution and regulatory alignment.
  • JSA Oversight – Coordination and continuous improvement of Job Safety Analyses.
  • Inspections & Risk Management – Routine audits and hazard mitigation.
  • Incident Management – Investigation support, reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Training & Education – Safety training delivery and reinforcement.
  • Documentation & Recordkeeping – Accurate logs, reports, and compliance records.
  • Employee Engagement – Participation, communication, and culture-building.
  • Regulatory Awareness – Tracking changes and best practices.
  • Emergency Preparedness – Planning, drills, and readiness support.
  • Collaboration & Support – Cross-functional partnership with leadership and field teams.

How you’ll work

  • Maintain a visible and active presence across worksites.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive continuous safety enhancements.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with both leadership and field teams.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 500, First Aid/CPR, and CSP certifications required (must have all).
  • Proven years of experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
  • Clear communicator and effective trainer; skilled in investigations and detailed reporting.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver.
  • Experience with Avetta and ISN safety portals.
