Work Environment
This role is based 100% onsite at a new, growing manufacturing site with a startup feel. The facility focuses on large-scale electrical skids, including switchgear, transformers, and power systems, operating as an assembly and integration environment where components are received, built, and shipped to customers. Business lines are transitioning from an existing location into this new site, creating a high-growth environment with significant investment and ongoing expansion. The position may involve travel at times to a nearby site in Wendell to interface with leadership and align on EHS strategy and best practices.
