You'll work alongside a collaborative and proactive team of professionals, committed to excellence and innovation.You'll have a meaningful impact by creating a safe and healthy environment for our people and contractors while minimizing environmental footprints and safeguarding Alstom's assets. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as project management, HR, and operational teams), implement emergency plans, and ensure compliance with EHS standards and regulations, among other responsibilities.You'll specifically take care of preparing and maintaining EHS training plans and monitoring compliance with statutory and company requirements, but also support EHS project staffing and lead audits to ensure adherence to EHS plans.We'll look to you for:Ensuring EHS Risk Assessment is completed and control measures are defined for projectsDeveloping and implementing emergency plans at the project levelMonitoring and controlling subcontractor activities to ensure EHS complianceProviding coaching and assessment for EHS teams in projectsSupporting EHS staffing and delivering EHS support during project executionEnsuring Alstom EHS standards and tools are deployed at the project levelPreparing and submitting EHS reports, ensuring data quality and complianceInvestigating and analyzing incidents, and sharing lessons learned through REX reportsBuilding and implementing EHS communication and training plansMonitoring historical pollution and associated risksAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
