The EHS Manager is part of the onsite ENNOVI Etch Logic Management Team and is responsible for direct management of the Wastewater Operators.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure site EHS compliance with all company policies and state & federal regulations and act as spokesperson for EHS‑related matters with governmental bodies.Submit accurate and timely reports to meet all company and governmental reporting requirements.Maintain and improve the RMP/PSM and ISO14001 systems.Lead site to ensure effective execution of EHS management procedures, training, audits/inspections, projects, legal permits, agency communication and corporate reporting.Provide recommendations to site management on changes to improve current programs, policies, personnel, and/or measurements.Oversee all EHS projects from concept to inception and through to execution of the project plan.Proactively identify, plan, and develop solutions to EHS issues and establish improvement strategies for both short and long‑term goals.Communicate goals to site personnel and provide feedback on performance. When performance is not meeting goals, investigate the root cause and implement corrective action(s).Continuously develop EHS knowledge and competency by participating in state and federal level EHS activities such as webinars, training events, and national emphasis programs.Lead the monthly safety committee meetings and record / publish meeting minutes.Drive continuous improvement efforts pertaining to Environmental, Health and Safety.Follow Company Policies and Procedures as defined in the Interplex Employee Manual.Be the Site Emergency Response Coordinator and Site Security Administrator.Supervise direct reports in the Wastewater department, including providing coverage as needed due to vacations, callouts, etc.Maintain regular and satisfactory attendance.Any other duties as required by Management and Corporate.Wastewater ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate record keeping and submit appropriate reports as needed to remain in compliance with local, State, and Federal requirements.Supervise direct reports in the Wastewater Department and provide coverage as needed due to vacation requests, call‑outs, etc. This includes nights and weekends as needed.Ensure appropriate staffing levels in the department.Maintain proper operation of the Reverse OSMOSIS unit & DI polishing units.Maintain proper storage of hazardous waste, including daily and weekly hazardous waste inspections.QualificationsBachelor's degree in science or engineering fields (or relevant experience).Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) required.Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.Knowledge of state and federal EHS regulations and experience working with regulations.Knowledge of industry, OSHA regulations, ISO 14001 requirements and Continuous Improvement methodologies.Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.Must have good organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multi‑task.Must have good initiative with a drive for continuous improvement.Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, and interact with all levels of the organization.Highly organized and attentive to detail.Ability to interface with others, deal with difficult issues tactfully and professionally and build strong working relationships.Should have intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
