People will always be our greatest asset and we place emphasis on enhancing the lives of our employees.Scope Of ResponsibilityCoordinate and implement standard Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, hazard recognition, and safety inspections to minimize risks and ensure compliance.Essential DutiesManage key safety programs (PPE, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Communication, JSA, etc.) with training provided.Review incidents and support corrective action plans.Conduct site inspections, audits, and training sessions.Develop JSAs and promote safety awareness.Participate in safety meetings and emergency response.Conduct risk assessments and support EHS program development.Additional duties as assigned.EducationRelevant coursework or EHS-related certifications welcome.Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.ExperienceEntry-level candidates with strong willingness to learn encouraged.Training and mentorship provided.1–3 years preferred.Skills & AbilitiesValid driver's license and insurable under company policy.Willingness to learn EHS regulations and principles.Strong communication, detail-orientation, and multitasking skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in office and manufacturing environments.Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform inspections throughout the facility.Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to identify hazards and maintain a strong safety mindset.BenefitsAt Sabre Industries, we invest in your future with a competitive benefits program.
