The individual typically comes out of the trades or is a new graduate just starting in the field. The EHS Coordinator may report to a project‑based EHS Manager or be placed on a smaller project by themselves. The role provides safety support and technical assistance to project teams and serves as an excellent role model for Skanska and subcontractor personnel.Key responsibilities include identifying and providing solutions for construction and environmental hazards.
