With a strong focus on engineering support, advanced manufacturing processes, and end-to-end production, they play a key role in helping customers bring complex, high-performance products to market.

Currently, the team is hiring an EHS Coordinator to maintain and improve the workplace safety and environmental compliance programs in accordance with OSHA, UOSH, and regulatory requirements.\

The team is looking for candidates who are skilled in conducting safety training, hazard analysis, incident investigations, hazardous waste management, environmental reporting, and maintaining compliance documentation, including SDS records, permits, and prevention plans. Proven ability to oversee audits, corrective actions, hazardous material handling, and environmental monitoring programs to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Work in either one of their Garden Grove or City of Industry locations.

Job Details

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for experienced candidates

Ability to work hands-on with the production team

Experience in a CNC machining environment

Familiarity with OSHA reporting logs

Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations

Basic understanding and navigation of safety resources including OSHA protocols and compliance.

Understanding of OSHA Voluntary Protection Program and objectives to work towards certification

Understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) and safety’s role in CI initiatives within the organization

Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office software and Windows operating system

Working knowledge of general office procedures, filing systems, data entry techniques and business equipment

Ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced growing and dynamic business

Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
