What You Will Need:
- Minimum of two years of EHS experience in agricultural farming, food processing, or a related field is required.
- Knowledge in EHS Safety compliance laws, procedures, and regulations, required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other similar software programs is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management required.
- Candidate must be a self-starter and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work different shifts.
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
- Must have the ability to travel to various Grimmway facilities as needed.
- Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and physical and functional capacity evaluation. Must pass a background check.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS preferred.
- Training certificates in EHS preferred.
- Basic knowledge in PSM, Cal-ARP, and RMP, and DPR programs, preferred.

Total Rewards: $26.00 - $30.00 / HOUR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
