About the Role:
As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Analyst, you will assist in the management of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs relative to a small to medium-sized market area.
This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in Collegeville, PA.
What You'll Do:
Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and needs of client accounts.
Gather data to support on performance, compliance, concerns, and improvement to account management and market area.
Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance within the assigned account and market area.
Assist in executing HSE plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account or market area.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchange straightforward information. Asks questions and check for understanding.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience preferred in LOTO, EHS trainings, control of hazard energy and site walk-throughs including incident investigation, root cause analysis and related reporting.
Certification in one of the following is preferred: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST).
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
