Harvard Resource Solutions VENTEON is seeking a EHR Systems and Reporting Administrator for our non profit client in W. Bloomfield on a temporary to direct hire basis.
Hybrid Schedule ( 3 days remote and 2 days in office)
Pay Range: 25.00 - 33.00hr ( Based upon education and experience)
Overview:
We are seeking an EHR Systems & Reporting Administrator to support and manage our electronic health record (EHR) system and reporting processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the system is functioning effectively, supporting users, and providing accurate, meaningful data to support operations and decision-making.
This is not a traditional IT infrastructure role. It is a hands-on position focused on system support, reporting, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary internal resource for the EHR system (myEvolv or similar)
Support system users by troubleshooting issues and resolving data discrepancies
Maintain and improve system forms, workflows, and configurations
Develop and deliver reports using EHR tools and Excel
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and overall data integrity
Partner with internal teams (programs, finance, leadership) to meet reporting needs
Act as liaison with the EHR vendor for system updates and issue resolution
Qualifications:
Experience supporting an EHR or similar business system (healthcare, nonprofit, or related environment preferred)
Strong Excel and reporting skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Ability to troubleshoot system and data-related issues
Comfortable working with non-technical users across the organization
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with myEvolv or similar EHR platforms
Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
Experience improving workflows or data processes
