We are rapidly growing and are looking for a Patient Care Navigator to grow with us. Bloom Health Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services by a group of competent, independent practitioners. We diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. Psychological testing and neuropsychological testing are available for a variety of disorders, including ADHD, brain injuries and head trauma, and memory problems.

Job Summary

Bloom Health Centers serves patients through psychiatry, psychotherapy, TMS and Spravato. The EHR Systems Analyst oversees EHR management, assists with staff education, and works to optimize the EHR so that we can provide effective patient care.


Responsibilities

  • Manages EHR settings, ensuring that settings and users are up to date
  • Acts as the primary support of the EHR systems solutions for the user community
  • Provides on-going follow up to customers throughout the support process until the resolution of issues
  • Log problems, issues and requests
  • Oversees EHR and Eprescribe setup for new hires
  • Assists with EHR training for new hires, new implementations, ongoing training and upgrade/functionality enhancement training
  • Participates in developing training program for EHR including the design, development, delivery, evaluation, continuous improvement, optimization training and staff development with direction and supervision from DIPS
  • Creates and maintains EHR templates for documentation and patient forms
  • Works with multidisciplinary project and operational staff for EHR implementation and optimization initiatives
  • Creates comprehensive documentation for EHR configurations, customizations, and maintenance procedures
  • Collaborates with Financial Analyst to build out reports in Domo to streamline workflows
  • Assists with other innovation projects as directed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or Technology or similar degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerAutomate applications
  • Prior experience with Electronic Health Records, specifically AdvancedMD
  • Knowledgeable of RESTful APIs (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in XML or JSON (preferred)
