Job Details

Conduct role-based Epic EHR training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff, with follow-up reinforcement as needed
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for ongoing EHR support, troubleshooting, and user guidance
Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for system improvements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 1 year of experience working with electronic health record systems
Prior EHR training and/or Epic experience strongly preferred
