Your Role as a Teacher:
At The Goddard School in Charlestown, co-teaching teams coordinate daily class operations, plan and evaluate engaging activities, and communicate with families—creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Certified by MA EEC for Infant/Toddler
- 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare center
- Meet all MA EEC background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Knowledge of child safety and first-aid protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and move safely around the classroom
- Comfortable working any required 9-hour shift between 7AM–6PM
- Attend monthly staff meetings (typically Tuesday, 6–8PM during holiday weeks)
- Able to hear, see, speak, and move effectively in a childcare environment
- Capable of responding to emergencies and handling crisis situations involving children
