The Neenah Joint School District is accepting applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Data Clerk and Testing Coordinator at Neenah High School. This position is on the 187 Day Calendar, 7.5 hours per day. Building hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Under the supervision of the Building Principal, this position will work with administration to meet state requirements for reporting Career and Technical Education (CTE) concentrators, communicate course offerings to stakeholders, and provide accommodation plans for testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Standardized Testing: Plan and communicate student and staff assignments, materials, and equipment for standardized testing including ACT, PreACT, PSAT, AP, and Access testing. Ensure that policies and procedures for testing are executed to fidelity, and that testing materials and data are secure and confidential.
- Work collaboratively with staff and students to identify CTE concentrators and accurately report them with the DPI.
- Work collectively with the guidance office to update the course registration guide each year. Update Course Additions, Deletions, and Revisions (CADR), and maintain current records of Graduation Requirements and Dual Credit options.
- Meet deadlines and accurately report data related to state reporting in a variety of areas. Ensure Career Pathways alignment within state requirements.
- Work with counselors, school nurses, and administration to maintain accurate records and supports for students with testing accommodations for all testing.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reports.
- Maintain records which facilitate more effective services for students, families and school personnel.
- Compliance with District policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Work Experience Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Student Experience: Demonstrated experience working with high school students required.
- Technical & Career Background: Formal training or experience in technology, career planning, and post-secondary educational institutions strongly recommended.
Working Hours:
- 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours per day).
- 187 day academic calendar, including scheduled unpaid breaks during winter and spring breaks.
- Holiday pay includes: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving.
