The role involves coordinating workforce partnerships, job fairs, and career events, overseeing classrooms, budgets, and training environments.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience (preferably in supervision), leadership skills, experience with youth, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred skills include Job Corps experience and workforce development background.
