The Education and Training Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the learning function within a bakery or food manufacturing facility. This role is purpose-built for individuals who have walked the production floor, understand the realities of shift-based operations, and are energized by developing people rather than simply processing paperwork. The ideal candidate brings firsthand manufacturing or food production experience, a strong instructional instinct, and the drive to build training capability across all levels of the organization.

What you will bring
Bachelors degree with 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in a unionized training environment
Demonstrated track record of formally or informally training others in a production setting
Proven ability to deliver training to diverse adult learner populations including hourly associates, line operators, and frontline supervisors
Comfortable on the production floor and in the classroom; does not require a polished conference room setting to be effective
Skill in breaking down complex processes into clear, step-by-step instructional content
Familiarity with adult learning principles and competency-based training approaches
Internally driven to improve performance outcomes, not simply meet compliance checkboxes
Proactively identifies training needs through observation, data, and relationship-building rather than waiting for formal requests
Takes initiative to build systems and infrastructure where none exist, including from scratch
Comfortable working across functional boundaries to get the right people into the right development experiences
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
