About the Role

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity focused on marketing and promoting online education and leadership programs.
You’ll follow a proven system to develop skills in digital marketing, client engagement, familiarisation with our programs in personal and leadership growth, and program promotion, with ongoing training and support provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Applying digital marketing strategies (social media, content, outreach)
• Engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through next steps
• Building your professional online presence and personal brand
• Participating in regular training sessions
• Working within a structured, supportive remote framework
• Onboarding and training a team

What You Bring

• At least 4 years of professional experience (education, marketing, training, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An interest in career growth and development, online learning
• The ability to thrive independently in a remote environment
• A willingness to learn new tools and systems
