Summary Description
Leads the planning and execution of a comprehensive performing arts portfolio of teaching artist-led programs, including camps, classes and other initiatives, serving a diverse participant population across multiple programs and formats. Oversees budgeting, enrollment, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and growth. Establishes systems, standards, and cross-functional alignment that drive high-quality program delivery and an exceptional participant experience.
This position is full-time, benefit eligible, paid hourly and eligible for overtime. Hours will vary between 30 and 40+ per week throughout the year, averaging 30 or more overall.

Occasional periods of the year will require physical movement to include walking, lifting (up to 40lbs), crouching, and navigating tight spaces. The work environment exists within moderate noise levels typical of an open-office layout with occasionally elevated noise levels associated with K-12 classroom activity.
