The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist in Human Resources Development performing assignments in planning, developing, and supporting the full range of Human Resource Development consulting and advisory services to installation organizations. Provides optimum training opportunities to the civilian workforce by meeting and sustaining the required knowledge, skills and competencies for the civilian workforce in support of the Team Tinker and the Warfighter.

Requirements:

- Obtain & maintain a security clearance

- May be required to travel to perform temporary duty

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

1. Knowledge of full range of Federal HR employee development, principles, policies, practices, methods and analytical techniques.

2. Knowledge of other HR processes sufficient to relate education and training issues to installation workforce.

3. Skills in applying basic principals, provisions, laws, regulations, practices and employment development techniques.

4. Skill in troubleshooting and resolving the most difficult problems associated with providing comprehensive training and employee development advisory services.

5. Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions from information and communicate information clearly,orally and in writing.
