Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal operations, or legal technologyHands-on exposure supporting eDiscovery or litigation workflows. Experience working with attorneys and/or vendors in a service-oriented support role.Experience using legal review platforms (must-have) such as: Relativity, RelativityOne, or a similar review platform (as a user, reviewer support, or admin support).Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize quickly, and remain calm under high-stress deadlines.Clear written and verbal communication skills (email, Teams updates, status tracking).Intermediate Excel spreadsheet to maintain trackers, logs, and basic reports.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with RelativityOne and/or Nuix Discover.Ability to run basic searches, reports, and exports in the review tool (or willingness to learn quickly).Extremely Beneficial: familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants such as Copilot) and experience writing effective prompts.Prior experience supporting multiple matters or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exposure to ESI protocols, protective orders, and production specifications.Exposure to data processing workflows and exception handling.Key Traits for SuccessHighly organized and detail-orientedDeadline-driven and responsiveComfortable handling high-volume, time-sensitive requestsCurious, coachable, and eager to learn through shadowing and hands-on workAble to prioritize across competing deadlinesProactive and clear communicatorAble to ramp up quickly and ask questions when neededSummary:We are seeking an eDiscovery Case Coordinator to support Client matters and potentially grow into the role of an eDiscovery Project Manager (eDPM) for a Super Major Oil & Gas Corporation.The selected candidate will shadow experienced Client (eDPMs) to learn their specific skill sets and gain hands-on exposure to the Chevron eDiscovery workflow. This role is a great fit for someone who has some eDiscovery experience, enjoys staying organized, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Assignment will start for 90days + extensions (no fixed end ate, extensions are expected)Key Responsibilities:Support day-to-day eDiscovery tasks across multiple active matters, with guidance from Chevron eDPMsCoordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams on collections, processing, review support, and productionsTrack deadlines, deliverables, and matter status (including maintaining trackers and spreadsheets)Help build and maintain matter timelines, task lists, and simple status reportsMonitor processing, review progress, and production schedules and escalate risks earlyPerform basic quality control checks on processed data and productions using checklistsMaintain matter documentation (decision logs, production logs, chain of custody documentation) in an organized and defensible wayProvide timely status updates to case teams and flag issues in a clear, solution-oriented wayTroubleshoot basic workflow issues and know when to escalate to supervisor, eDPMs, vendors, or technical supportFollow Client eDiscovery workflows and help ensure processes are consistent, repeatable, and defensible **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
