Edibles Production Technician

Clear Colorado Group, our Colorado manufacturing partner, is hiring an Edibles Production Technician to help turn carefully crafted recipes into consistent, high-quality cannabis edibles. If you enjoy hands-on production, precise processes, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, this role is a great fit. You'll support the preparation, production, and packaging of cannabis-infused edible products, including The Clear EFX gummies and tablets, in a regulated kitchen manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce cannabis-infused edible products according to approved recipes, formulations, production schedules, and SOPs.
• Measure, weigh, mix, pour, mold, package, and label products with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate kitchen and production equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, waste logs, and material usage records for compliance and inventory tracking.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, PPE, and cannabis regulatory requirements at all times.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize tools, equipment, and work areas before, during, and after production runs.
• Support packaging, labeling, quality preparation, and other production tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous cannabis production experience required.
• Valid Colorado MED badge required.
• Ability to read and follow detailed recipes, SOPs, and compliance-driven processes with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
• Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and recording production data.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including overtime or weekends as production demands require.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand, sit, squat for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25–50 lbs as required.
• Work is performed in a production kitchen environment with exposure to food ingredients, cannabis materials, varying temperatures, and moderate to loud noise.
• Use of PPE and adherence to strict sanitation standards is required.

Location: North Denver

Shift: Days – Monday through Friday

Pay: $19.29/hr
