Compensation
Pay Range:$49.00-$70.00 Per Hr

Description
Join our team as an EDI Consultant in the Zeeland, MI area, where you'll work on a contract basis. 
You'll be responsible for supporting and coordinating EDI ecosystems in a dynamic enterprise setting. 
This role requires strong communication skills and expertise in EDI technologies.
Serve as the EDI expert for customer onboarding and transaction support.
Coordinate between business teams, customer analysts, and vendors.
Manage EDI implementations, testing, and production support.
Troubleshoot transaction issues and coordinate resolutions.
Monitor project milestones and ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate EDI implementations and support activities.
Analyze and resolve EDI transaction issues.
Drive process improvements and efficiency.
Maintain documentation for EDI processes and support activities.

Qualifications
Strong experience in EDI environments.
Expertise in supporting customer integrations and transaction processing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives independently.
Experience in issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution activities.
