Drive the backbone of our business as an EDI expert powering seamless, real-time data exchange. In this role, you'll own a mission-critical platform-leading EDI projects, partnering with stakeholders and trading partners, and ensuring smooth onboarding from mapping through testing. You'll monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything running flawlessly to support business success.

This position will be based at our Shafter, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

  • Design, develop, and maintain EDI maps for standard transactions (eg. 850, 856, 940, 945 etc) with trading partners.
  • Develop and maintain map documentation, data dictionaries, and mapping specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and other EDI standards across all transaction types.
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for trading partners, customers, and vendors on EDI onboarding and operations.
  • Proactively monitor EDI transaction queues, acknowledgment statuses, and data flows
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve EDI failures and data validation errors.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to vendors, support, or senior architects as needed and follow through to resolution.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in EDI analysis, development, and support.
  • Proficiency with one of major EDI platform (eg. Opentext GXS, IBM Sterling) is needed. Experience in OpenText - Inovis is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards: ANSI X12 (mandatory), EDIFACT (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (eg. Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and business processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data and integration issues in a production environment .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
