Turn Strategy into Scalable Digital Growth

We’re seeking a driven eCommerce Requirements Analyst to partner with Product Management in translating business initiatives into clearly defined, executable features that power digital commerce growth. • Document business rules, functional requirements, risks, and success metrics

  • Map customer journeys and operational workflows to identify improvements

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders

  • Support intake and prioritization by assessing impact and value

  • Ensure teams receive complete, actionable requirements

Required Qualifications

eCommerce Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst

  • Direct experience supporting B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Product detail pages

    • Search and navigation

    • Cart, checkout, and quoting flows

    • Inventory visibility

    • Order lifecycle

    • Account dashboards and self-service features

   2. Requirements Framing & Feature Ownership

  • Proven experience writing:

    • Acceptance criteria

  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, development-ready requirements

  • Experience documenting:

    • Business rules

    • Functional requirements

    • Dependencies and risks

    • Success metrics

    3.Business Process & Workflow Thinking

  • Strong ability to map customer journeys and operational workflows

  • Experience identifying pain points and recommending improvements

  • Ability to think through automation, approval flows, and exception handling

  • Comfortable balancing customer experience with operational realities

    4. Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Comfortable participating in backlog refinement and sprint planning

  • Proven ability to act as liaison between business and engineering teams

  • Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills

    5.Prioritization & Strategic Support

  • Experience supporting intake and prioritization processes

  • Ability to help assess impact, effort, and business value

  • Comfortable operating in a roadmap-driven product environment

What Success Looks Like

You bring structure to complex problems and frame features clearly with minimal direction. You prepare initiatives for prioritization and executive review with confidence. Development teams rely on you for complete, actionable requirements that reduce friction and accelerate delivery.

You operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability — always balancing customer needs with business outcomes.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are

  • A structured, systems-oriented thinker

  • Customer-first in your decision-making

  • Highly accountable and ownership-driven

  • A strong, confident communicator

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
